Warranty and Return Policies
We stand behind every product we sell. We guarantee our equipment will be working on your floor and in the exact condition stated in the ad, if not we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price within thirty (30) days of your purchase. If there is an initial problem (i.e. shipping damage) we will cover shipping costs and replacement of unit. Guarantee covers condition and working status, if there are any cosmetic blemishes they will be stated in the ad. Some equipment is pre-owned and will be advertised as such. Warranty includes parts and labor for 6 months from date of purchase at our office (unless other warranty agreement is offered above), shipping after the initial 30 days is not included. Warranty will be repair or refund at Precision Equipment's decision. For warranty, we need the original receipt or a record of purchase transaction, and the product must be in its original condition. Please allow up to 10 business days for return to be processed. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Billing terms and conditions
Precision Equipment only accepts payment in advance for equipment to be shipped. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfers, and mailed checks or money orders. Please give us a call to clarify if you have any questions or special situations.
Unlike other dealers we only sell items that are already refurbished and in stock. Occasionally an item may still be in refurbishment when offered, but we will always inform the customer. We are located in north central Florida. All items are re-checked again for calibration accuracy and function before shipment. Normal shipping times are 1-5 days from time of receipt. Shipping used is USPS Priority mail, UPS small package and UPS freight. Delivery times can vary greatly depending on type used. Priority is 2-3 business days from ship date, UPS small package is generally 1-4 days, and UPS freight is 2-6 days from ship date.
